Luke Crawford
Luke has experience in relation to commercial contracts and in particular drafting franchise and distribution agreements. Luke also deals with a number of trusts with significant assets and advises clients on the establishment and ongoing maintenance of trusts.
Luke is also a member of the ADLS Property Law Disputes Committee and is a costs assessor for the New Zealand Law Society.
John Barratt-Boyes
John became a partner with Sellar Bone & Partners in April 2018. Prior to that he was a sole practitioner in Newmarket for more than thirty years. John does a broad range of legal work which includes residential and commercial property transactions, business transactions, company matters, wills, estates, separation and relationship property disputes.
Colin Lucas
Colin's experience is highly valued by the other members of Sellar Bone & Partners and by his clients. He is experienced in a wide range of legal work and advises on commercial and residential property, buying and selling of businesses, company transactions, and drafting contracts. He also advises and carries out Family Trust work and Estate administration.
Ann Davidson
Ann joined Sellar Bone & Partners as a consultant on 1st June 2009. Ann was a partner at Newbery Mead for over 20 years.
She has particular experience in residential and commercial property, including providing advice in respect to complex subdivisions. Ann also deals with relationship property matters on behalf of her clients. Given her experience she is also a trustee for a number of private trusts and has significant expertise in this area together with her work in estates.
Laura
Laura studied her Bachelor of Laws at Auckland University of Technology and graduated in December 2018. She joined Sellar Bone & Partners in August 2019. Laura is being admitted to the roll of barristers and solicitors of the High Court in October 2019.
Laura originates from Auckland and outside of work enjoys travel and sport.
